You can add observers to a lead or deal card. Observers can view the lead / deal card and send and read chat messages.
How it works
You will find the "Observers" field in the lead / deal card. To add an observer, click "Add observers".
Select the employees you want to add and click "Save".
CHAT ON THE LEAD / DEAL CARD
The responsible person or observer can invite their colleagues to chat.
All colleagues invited to this chat will automatically become observers.
This chat will appear in the chat lists of all employees invited to chat.
If you add an observer when chat is already created, it will not be automatically added to the chat. If he wants to be an observer to be added to the chat, he must click on this conversation on the CRM Features tab.
