HOW TO WORK WITH DEAL

To add a new deal, go to CRM> Deals and click the "Add" tab or the + icon under Deals:

The Deal card consists of two main blocks: Deal information and More (Additional information and Custom Fields):

Deal information - add a store name, amount (will be automatically changed when you add products to a deal), phase / stage (can be easily changed through a colored top panel), end date. You can also attach a deal to a contact or company - by clicking "Select" you will attach it to an existing contact or company, or select "Create" to add a new contact / company.

More - this section contains "Available to everyone" (Important! - may affect access rights), responsible person, comments, and so on. You can also add custom fields using "Add":

Add "Field name & set custom field": "Multiple" or "Required":

If a contact or company attached to a deal has contact information (phone number, email address, or messenger) - the deal tab will show you contacting options:

The deal tab settings allows you to move a deal between pipelines, copy or delete a deal, restore settings, restore or save preferences for all users.
