I grant this consent to the processing of personal data to the company for 5 years.
As the person concerned, you are responsible for the completeness, truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data provided. In the case of a change in the personal data provided, you are obliged to notify the company of any change without delay.

You have the right to provide free information regarding the processing of your data.
