Bitrix24 On Premise (Updates) Active Subscription will provide you with support for product updates and maintenance.
Active subscription includes:
- Premium Helpdesk support services,
- Product updates (including security patches and new modules),
- API access,
- access to VoIP services,
- Access to Marketplace apps,
- the ability to upgrade or downgrade the current copy of the product to another edition.
You may experience the following restrictions by an inactive subscription:
- you can use the product and all its modules except the above,
- your HelpDesk queries will be processed but slower.
